Delivery & Returns



Home delivery (or delivery to a business address) is available. Delivery charges apply and are based on your location. Delivery starts from as little as £8 for local deliveries and will be delivered by our team of drivers. Some products, such as small hardware products, will be available via Royal Mail or other postal couriers. Once you have completed your online purchase, one of our team members will be in touch to discuss delivery; date it will be due and an approximate time slot. If there are any restrictions to accessing your property (roadworks or vehicles for example), please let us know asap. Additionally, if yourself or someone else will not be available to accept the delivery, please inform us of a safe place you wish for us to unload your order. Please note: if you request for us to leave your order in a safe place (patio or drive for example), we will not accept any responsibility should items then be missing upon your return. 

Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your order free of charge from our site in Staffordshire, ST21 6QY. Please note, we only have one site. If you wish to have free click & collect, please enter ST21 6QY into the delivery postcode field at the checkout. More information on how to order can be found here. If you are unable to collect and require the order to be delivered, we will contact you with the delivery charge which will need to be paid prior to delivery. Payment can be taken over the phone. Collection is from: Moorfields Industrial Estate, Cotes Heath, Staffordshire, ST21 6QY.

Returns & Refunds

We operate a 7 day returns policy, which is subject to us being contacted to agree to the return. Returned goods must be in unused, re-saleable condition, in its original condition and packaging (if it was provided with any), complete with accessories, manuals or other documentation supplied to qualify for credit, replacement or a refund. Any items which are custom made are not subject to return. All products returned to us shall be carriage paid by the customer unless the product is defective.

A 20% re-stocking charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note: We recommend that you request to sign the delivery note, and you keep a copy of your invoice that was supplied.
