Please find below a list of frequently asked questions, which we have tried to answer in as much detail for you. Should you have a question which is not listed on this page, or still need more information, please contact us.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver. We are based in Cotes Heath, Staffordshire and delivery would be from this location. Please read about our delivery & returns here. We deliver to both residential and business addresses.

What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery rates are based on your postal area. The delivery charge will be automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout stage once you input your delivery address. If a message pops up reading ‘Shipping method not available’, this means you are outside of our delivery radius. We are able to arrange delivery with third-party hauliers for long-distance orders, but you will need to call us to get a quote: 01782 791000.

Where are you based?

We only have one site and this is located at Moorfields Industrial Estate, Cotes Heath, Staffordshire, ST21 6QY. 

Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely! We can take orders and payments over the phone; just call our team on 01782 791000 between 8am-5pm Monday to Fridays.

Do you have a store?

We certainly do! Our office is located at Moorfields Industrial Estate, Cotes Heath, Staffordshire, ST21 6QY. We also have a Timber Yard available for you to browse, and a hardware store. There’s also a food wagon on site, so you can enjoy a hot sandwich and hot & cold drinks. 

When will an 'Out of Stock' product be re-stocked?

Should a product be out of stock, please contact us to query about a re-stock date. If an item is being discontinued and will not be re-stocked once it has sold out, we try our best to make this clear in the product descriptions. However, should you be uncertain about any of this information, simply contact our team and we’ll help you as best as we can.

Will my delivery be off-loaded for me?

All deliveries are done via one driver. Our drivers are insured to off-load your delivery from the vehicle and place either on the front pavement of your house, or driveway. Our drivers are not insured to carry your order to where is convenient for yourself; back garden, through the house or over a fence for example. It is not safe for our drivers to do this alone. Should you need assistance with the delivery, we will help as best as we can. However, the best solution is to ensure you have someone available at the delivery address to help with off-loading. 

Are you open on weekends?

We are currently closed on Saturdays & Sundays, however we occasionally open our store/office on Saturdays between 8:30am-12:30pm. We will always announce changes to our opening hours/dates on social media, so please follow us on Facebook to keep up to date. 

Do you do bespoke orders?

Yes. We can offer a made-to-order service. However, this is limited to selected products. Our Closeboard Fence Panels and Picket Fence Panels can be made to a size to suit you. To enquire, please call us on 01782 791000.

Why isn't there a delivery option available for my postcode?

Should you enter your postcode and a message is delivered to say a ‘shipping method is unavailable’ for example, this means your postcode is outside of our delivery radius from our site in Cotes Heath, Staffordshire. To receive an accurate delivery charge, please call us between 8am-5pm Monday to Fridays on 01782 791000 or email sales@tfcsupplies.co.uk

Can I return stock if I bought too much?

It happens – you order more than you actually need without thinking and now you’re left with excess supplies you’ll probably never use. You can return excess stock. Please see our returns policy for more information. 

Can I collect my order?

If you wish to collect your order from our site in Cotes Heath, Staffordshire, then you can do so. If you’re ordering via our website for collection, please enter our postcode into the ‘delivery address’ field: ST21 6QY. This will then select free click & collect for you. Please ring the office on 01782 791000 to enquire when your order will be ready for collection – this is to ensure you don’t arrive and your order is not yet picked. We’re open 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Do you install fence panels?

No. We make our own fence panels and can deliver these, but we do not install fence panels for you.

Can I set-up a Trade Account?

Yes. You can either call us on 01782 791000 or pop in-store to set-up a credit account with TFC Supplies Ltd. Please note, you will be required to fill in a form with all your details in order for us to process your request an open an account. Therefore, if you’re unable to visit us in-store, we will email this to you and you will need to fill this in, sign and email back to us. We will then take care of the rest from there!

Can I use my discount code in-store?

When we run promotions via our website with the use of a discount code, this can only be used for online orders. We can’t honour this discount for orders placed in-store. For our general sale items which are automatically discounted, these can be bought in-store at the sale price.
