We operate a 7 day RETURNS POLICY subject to our being contacted to agree to the return. Returned goods must be in unused, re-saleable condition, in its original condition and packaging, complete with accessories, manuals or other documentation supplied to qualify for credit or replacement. Any items made to special order are not subject to return. All products returned to us shall be carriage paid by the customer unless the product is defective.
A 20% re-stocking charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.
